Online orders, Mysweetopia is no longer able to provide delivery as
a method of service. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

cupcakes, special occasion cakes, chocolates or biscuits for that special
event. No request is too difficult and no project too obscure. A member
of our friendly team will call you on the same business day.

MAKING AN ORDER
Placement of an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set
out in this section. MySweetopia will confirm your order by email.
You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and an electronic
invoice. MySweetopia reserve the right to substitute a product temporarily not
available for a product of equal or greater, quality and cost. MySweetopia’s
agreement with you comes into existence once MySweetopia have confirmed
your order and your payment has been processed. Orders will not be
dispatched until payment in full has been received.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact MySweetopia immediately on
07 3844 3732. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is
at the discretion of MySweetopia.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery
process, please call MySweetopia to organise for the gift to be returned and a
replacement organized.

with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you
